Hi! My name is Ariana Cruz. My journey into being a holistic doula comes from sheer awe for the strength of women in the beautiful, natural dance of birth. The intimate care from my own homebirth midwives in the pregnancy and birth of my daughter, combined with my love for all things natural and health related, led me here. This isn't just about guiding you through birth – it's a spiritual journey we're embarking on together. I'm not just a doula; I'm your partner on this path.
